The Indian Navy invites online applications from unmarried men and women for Permanent Commission in Executive & Technical branches through the 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme. Selected candidates will undergo a 4-year B.Tech course at the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala.

3. Eligibility Criteria – Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry Scheme Jan 2026

  1. Nationality: Indian (as per Govt. of India rules)
  2. Gender: Both Men and Women (unmarried)
  3. Age Limit: Born between 02 Jul 2006 to 01 Jan 2009 (both dates inclusive)
  4. Educational Qualification:
    • 10+2 passed with minimum 70% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM)
    • Minimum 50% in English (in either Class 10 or 12)
  5. Entrance Exam: Must have appeared in JEE (Main) 2025
    Selection is based on All India Common Rank List (CRL)

10. Selection Process (Short Summary)

  2. SSB Interview at Bhopal, Bangalore, Kolkata, or Visakhapatnam (from Sep 2025)
  3. Medical Examination for SSB-recommended candidates
  4. Final Merit List based on SSB marks + medical fitness
  5. Training at INA, Ezhimala

11. Important Instructions

  1. Only one application per candidate is allowed.
  2. Only unmarried candidates are eligible; married candidates will be disqualified.
  3. Strict action will be taken against use or possession of drugs.
  4. Applications will be scrutinized even after submission — invalid or ineligible entries may be rejected at any stage.
